Get your antioxidants internally from as many fruits and vegetables as you can eat. Hydrate internally with clean water 1/2 your body's weight in ounces. For every alcoholic beverage you drink, you need that much extra daily water. Active antioxidants topically in a vitamin E rich product is the best moisturizer.
