What are your most popular services or packages?
Denise: Our most popular service is Time Ritual that encourages guests to book time rather than specific treatments, so that services can be tailor-made to meet individual needs. Also popular is our restorative Vitamin Infusion Facial and our new Mandarin Oriental Signature Spa Therapies treatment.
What other activities are available at the resort?
Denise: Guests of The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, New York can utilize our heat experiences room with sauna, amethyst crystal steam rooms, 'experience' showers, and vitality pools, our Men's and Women's Relaxation Lounges and the Oriental Tea Lounge. We have a VIP Spa Suite for couples, friends, or mother/daughters. When guests book a half day or full day package they have complimentary use our state-of-the-art fitness center and our 75-foot naturally lit lap pool overlooking the city skyline.

Denise: Our chefs prepare Bento Box lunches fresh and include with a variety of seasonal ingredients. With our half day and full day packages guests receive a complimentary Bento Box lunch. Guests of The Spa may chose to purchase their Bento Box lunch a la carte if they have not chosen a package.
